Senior Project Manager at Eventity

Eventity is now looking for a Senior Project Manager who wants to play a central role in their continued success and growth journey! In this dynamic role, you will work both independently and in close collaboration with an engaged team. As a Project Manager, you will work with both new and existing clients, where you are responsible for creating and delivering tailored solutions. Your main tasks include:

• Being responsible for the entire process from initial planning to execution and follow-up of clients' meetings and events.
• Managing and following up on budgets and calculations for projects to ensure that all goals are met within given frameworks.
• Being a driving force in developing and supporting the existing team to improve work processes and collaborations.

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting and work as a consultant at Eventity. The position is planned to start immediately or by agreement and is full-time with work scheduled during office hours.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Have several years of experience in sales and events
• Have several years of experience in project management with client contacts
• Speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English
• Have a B driver's license
• Have good knowledge of Excel and the Office suite

As a person, you have the ability to refine and develop your relationships in a trustworthy manner with existing and new clients. We are looking for someone who is stress-resistant, responsible, and easy to collaborate with. You are meticulous, unpretentious, and have a great commitment.
